This activity includes an assessment of safety and quality hazards, the integration of reliable control measures and ongoing training for employees.
All Tefenplast quality assurance activities meet the requirements of the International Standards (GMP) and meet international quality and safety standards. Our advanced quality control lab operates 24 hours a day, 7 days a week and conducts stringent tests ranging from the receipt of raw materials, throughout the production process.
Suppliers
Every supplier is inspected before contracting with him and only suppliers who meet strict standards of safety and quality are approved. In addition, periodic supplier evaluations are performed.
Management and staff
Our team works around the clock to check the raw materials, production processes and shipments.
Storage
The goods in Tefen are stored according to proper storage regulation . Raw materials, packaging materials and shipments are stored separately. We also conduct internal audits to ensure that storage regulation are maintained at all times
Delivery
Before each shipment, the container controller makes sure that the condition of the container and the condition of the goods are in order. We only works with authorized shipping companies.
